Well, I guess I am 2 days late with this first new Plan B news. I actually had an issue ready to go, but it was worse than this, so I changed it around.

1. Picking out a niche Do you have any particular skills or interests? Pick one of these and further it down to a niche. (ie: gardening: much too general. Get it further down to bulbs or roses. Now get it even further down to daffodils, or spring flowering bulbs. For roses try old fashioned roses, climbing roses, tea roses, or rambler roses.

If there is little traffic to them, try a broader search 2. Pick out a domain name-Make sure your keywords (ie:climbing roses)are in the title. For inexpensive domain names, I use One and One. Click for 1 and 1 domains

That is the number 1 and 1. I believe they only charge $5.99 per year for each domain name.

As you can see by my website at Plan B Express, I did exactly the opposite and have a general site. I built my site in 1999 under the old standards. It is far too general, as are my other sites.

3. How to build a simple site using html
This is for absolute beginners
Open notepad (under accessories in windows)
Put in the following (copy and paste)

(this starts a new paragraph)
li>Here you will put your text and graphics This will also show up on the page if I dont put in brackets like this

this is a simple example.

D. Snippets:
I have a folder in my WIP folder on my desktop called Snippets. Here is a snippet for you: It is for the date and time

This goes at the end of your text, inside the body of your html code.

James Martell's Affiliate Marketers Handbook 2006

I first got this manual in 2004. I thought I was paying attention, and doing everything right. But I went too fast, and didn't do it step by step, baby step by step.

James put out a new addition in 2006. There is a lot of extra material in the new addition, and I am going to go through the manual step by step, baby step by baby step, until I am satisfied.

This might seem a bit pricey, but it is the definitive work on affiliate marketing and has 373 info packed pages
